Aimpoint ACRO P2 Red Dot Reflex Sight

My wife bought me a pizza oven, and made some pizza with it (that slapped btw), here is the recipe for the dough:

Ingredients:
1kg 00 Flour
14g Instant Dry Yeast
600ml warm water
20g Salt
Semolina for dusting

This recipe will take place over 2 days, please plan according:

Day 01:
500g 00 Flower
14g Instant Dry Yeast
600ml warm water

Mix all of it in a bowl, leave covered outside for an hour, and then move it to the fridge overnight (the longer the better)

Day 02:

A couple of hours before you want to make pizza, you will finish the dough so it can sit and rise after you fermented it last night.

500g 00 Flower
20g Salt

Mix those into the batter that you left overnight (I would suggest you begin in a bowl and then move over to a flat surface once it needs kneading.

Let it sit for an hour at room temperature so it can rise. Cover it with a wet cloth so it stays hydrated.

After it rests, start cutting it up into 200-250g dough balls. Once you have those set out, cover them with semolina and rest them on a baking tray for an hour so they can double in size. Now you can make pizza. Good luck!
